Founded in 1995, Custom Travel Solutions Inc. is an industry-leading and a financially stable Travel Management company which is locally owned and operated by Beth Gardner, President & CEO. As an organization, Custom Travel Solutions recognizes that our business revenue and sustainability are only the overall result of our genuine passion to truly exceed both the expectation of our clients and our staff by consistently thinking “outside the box”.  Beth began her travel career in Tuktoyaktuk with a large Oil & Gas company. She was the first travel agent outside of the airlines able to book flights directly with the airlines.  She managed weekly crew change check-in for the company’s 737 along with booking FLIFO for all crew change personnel.  Thus her passion for Logistics continues to this day.

Sylvia has been in the Travel Industry for over 20 years.  Having started in the industry as a travel consultant, she has applied her knowledge and experience to manage a corporate travel program for a large Canadian retailer, provide front line support as a TMC Operations Manager and assist clients with their travel programs as an Account Manager.  Sylvia’s current role utilizes this combined experience for client and technology implementations.

Valerie Anderson

Manager, Training & Operations

Valerie brings over 30 years experience in the travel industry to her role as Training Manager at Custom Travel Solutions. She began with an adventure focus before moving to Corporate travel where she focused on training, travel related systems, overall company efficiency systems and processes. She is responsible for all aspects of training the Custom Travel Team, and is part of the implementation team who works to onboard new accounts. Her extensive Sabre knowledge including integration with the online booking tool and back office systems make her a key resource to clients and colleagues alike.

Brenda is the first certified Concur Specialist in North America which shows her love and dedication to the Online Booking Tool landscape.  Brenda is also well versed in all things Zeno, including site build specialist and support desk for WCB. She has been in the industry over 20 years with 12 of those years with CTS.

Rayelene has over 25 years of diversified experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Supply Chain and Operations in the Airline and Aerospace industry. As a passionate Customer Service Ambassador, she offers leadership that connects clients with ideas and innovative practices that meets and exceeds expectations. Rayelene excels in the art of building and enduring client relationships.  Her expertise in managing corporate data and client information ensures she continuously seeks opportunities to help companies manage their Corporate travel programs.

Farra brings with her over 20 years of hotel management and customer service experience, primarily working in Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management. Her vast travel and hospitality knowledge allows her to understand the unique needs of clients and all aspects of their corporate travel programs. Farra is a known relationship builder with strong attention to detail. She prides herself on customer service excellence and understanding client expectations in order to achieve corporate objectives.
